Not quite — Kintinery is a travel-sharing app. It's at its best when you already have plans (bookings, restaurant ideas, the sights you want to see) and need a beautiful way to bring them into one place and share with your group as the trip unfolds.
The AI helpers — forwarding a booking email, uploading a confirmation PDF, chatting with the assistant — are about turning your existing bookings into a clean shared itinerary, not about deciding where to go. If you're looking for "tell me what to do in Tokyo," you'll want a different tool. If you've already got the plans and want everyone on the trip to see the same itinerary, photos, and updates, that's what we built.
On the sign-in screen, tap Forgot password? and enter the email you signed up with. We'll email you a 6-digit reset code; type it into the app along with your new password.
If you don't see the email within a minute or two, check your spam folder. The sender is aloha@kintinery.com.
Open the trip and go to the Members tab. Tap Invite, enter their email address, and pick a role:
If they don't have a Kintinery account yet, the invitation will wait for them — they'll be added automatically when they sign up.
Free trips include everything you need to share a trip: itineraries, photos, members, and shared links. Pro unlocks:
Pro is $4.99 per trip (one-time, that trip stays Pro forever) or $19.99/year for unlimited Pro on every trip you own.
Pro trips are capped at 40 days. For longer journeys — gap months, sabbaticals, round-the-world trips — we recommend splitting them into multiple connected trips, each with its own itinerary, photos, and members.
For example, a three-month Europe trip might become "Europe — Week 1 (Italy)," "Europe — Weeks 2–3 (France)," and so on. Each trip stays focused, scrolls cleanly, and lets you share specific legs with people who only joined for that part.
If you have a use case that genuinely needs a longer single trip, email us at support@kintinery.com — we look at these case by case.
Go to Account Settings and find the Pro Subscription section. Tap Manage Subscription — that opens Stripe's secure portal where you can:
Per-trip Pro purchases are one-time and don't have a subscription to manage — once you've bought Pro for a trip, it stays Pro forever with no recurring charges.
A few things to check:
If photos still aren't uploading, email us at support@kintinery.com with the trip name and roughly when you tried.
Yes. Go to Account Settings and tap Download My Data. You'll get a ZIP file with all your trips' itineraries, members, and photo metadata in JSON + plain-text format. You can do this any time, including before deleting your account.
Pro users get an additional per-trip export that includes the actual photo files.
Go to Account Settings → Delete Account. If you own trips that have other members, you'll be prompted to transfer ownership before deletion. Trips with only you on them are deleted automatically.
Account deletion is permanent and removes:
This cannot be undone. Export your data first if there's anything you want to keep.
